3M Honors MentorNet Rep with Volunteer Award

Rosalie Clemens was recently recognized with 3M’s Corporate Community Volunteer Award for her work with MentorNet. 3M gives the awards annually to 25 employees and retirees for giving their time and talents to build strong communities.

“She’s been great, and has consistently been one of our more involved reps,” says Jennifer Dockter, MentorNet’s Director of Programs. "Through her efforts at 3M and her willingness to provide ideas and input to MentorNet, she has truly given a lot back to the program and the MentorNet Community."

Clemens, who started with MentorNet as a protégé in 1999-2000, initiated 3M’s involvement as a MentorNet sponsor in 2001. Since then, more than 450 3M employees in 18 countries have been involved in the program. See our related story on 3M and the benefits of mentoring for companies in this issue of MentorNet News.
