Welcome to the IBM Makocha Minds Mentor Program!

A long-time partnership between MentorNet® and IBM has led to a collaboration in 2007 to provide MentorNet's structured One-on-One E-Mentoring systems in support of the Makocha Minds program.

The Makocha Minds mentor program ("makocha" is the Swahili word for "coach") matches senior technical leaders from IBM and its partners with African university students studying science and technology disciplines ranging from computational biology and engineering to systems and software development.
