ACC strives to assist students in their quest to gain an understanding of society, the physical world, and the lifelong nature of learning. It also strives to provide all its students and the community with the tools to act upon that understanding and enjoy an enlightened and fulfilling life.
ACC is a two-year college affiliated with the State University of New York. The college is located in the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains approximately 60 miles north of Albany, NY. ACC offers over 35 Certificate and Associate Degree programs. Programs include, but are limited to, Computer Science, Electrical Technology, Engineering Science, Computer Programming, Computer Networking, Information Systems, and Mechanical Technology Design & Drafting. The Women in Technology website was designed to encourage women to enter high demand, high wage technical occupations in which women are traditionally underrepresented as well as support their college program completion and entry into the job market."
