MentorNet Corporation & Agencies FAQ
How does my company partner with you?
Call us at 408.296.4405 x 0 and ask for Candice.
We will explain benefits, features, and sponsor level annual fees or how to work with us through corporate foundation grants.
I want to sell the decision maker on the program. What should I tell her in 1 minute:
MentorNet really works as 54,000 use cases shows. It produces incredible ROIs for costs to hire, speed to productivity, and everyone wins: mentors, protégés, companies, campuses and the professions. And it only takes fifteen minutes a week, by email, under the mentor’s control.
We have special goals for reaching particular majors or campuses. Can you help us?
We can custom-design our matching program and will work with your HR or campus outreach programs.
If you don’t see a campus on our list of current campuses, tell us and your fee can underwrite their program with no extra costs to you.

How have companies reaped the most benefits from working with MentorNet?
90% of our companies renew year after year. Over time, some have matched over 1000 mentors and used these relationships as the cornerstone of diversity hiring, intern recruitment, campus outreach and talent development for their own mentors.
How come you’re so sure about MentorNet’s success and effectiveness?
We are a data-driven research-based organization. We survey every mentor and protégé and collect demographic data on every participant (which we keep private and anonymous). As a non-profit, our work and rigorous reporting has been supported by the National Science Foundation.
