Three Cheers for Mentors!
As the 2004-2005 school year draws near, we at MentorNet extend a huge thank-you to all our mentors for your work with students over the past year. Your volunteer efforts and support are at the heart of our program, and we couldn't do it without you.
We expect to see a lot of students seeking mentors in the fall, so we encourage you to reactivate your mentor profiles so you can be matched again for the 2004-2005 school year. (We especially need mentors in the biological sciences!)

Colorado Student Wins HP iPAQ
Mary Mulcahy, a Ph.D. student in chemistry at the University of Colorado, has won an iPAQ pocket computer, donated by HP. She received the prize in MentorNet's first quarterly drawing from students who filled out and submitted their evaluation surveys.
Note to students: if your mentor relationship is ending or has ended, please complete your survey! You'll be entered in our next contest.
