2003 MentorNet Partners Workshop - Logistics and Financial Arrangements

Those wishing to attend the MentorNet Partners Forum must register for the WEPAN conference at least for attendance on Tuesday, June 10. Detailed registration information can be found on the conference web site at: http://www.engr.uiuc.edu/wepan/

Rates are as follows:

Conference registration includes breakfast, lunch, and receptions (Monday, Tuesday)


MentorNet Corporate/Government/Professional Society sponsors: MentorNet will provide reimbursement for 1-2 registrations (depending upon level of support) in the amount of $175 for the one-day meeting to its sponsoring organizations. They must indicate their desire to MentorNet (lmason@mentornet.net) to use these complimentary registrations by April 15, 2003.
List of eligible sponsors.

College/University Partners who registered with MentorNet for the 2002-03 year prior to May 15, 2002, are eligible for a reimbursed registration in the amount of $175 for the one-day meeting. They must indicate their desire to MentorNet (lmason@mentornet.net) to use these complimentary registrations by April 15, 2003.
List of eligible colleges/universities.

In addition, thanks to a grant from the National Science Foundation, representatives from any nonprofit organization partnering with MentorNet are eligible to apply for a $300 grant to support their travel and accommodations for the meeting. Interest in using these grants must be indicated to MentorNet (lmason@mentornet.net) by April 15, 2003.

Applicants for conference registration reimbursements and/or grants for travel and accommodations will receive confirmation and procedures for reimbursement from Liana Mason (lmason@mentornet.net) within seven (7) days of receipt of their request.
